I have Candida so have to eat a very low-sugar diet. Will any of the recipes from your book comply?
Absolutely! Our book contains no cane sugar, corn syrup, white flour or any other refined ingredients. The sweeteners that are used are raw honey, maple syrup, xylitol, or fruit. Knowing that people who have been on antibiotics generally need to watch their daily sugar intake, we’ve made a great number of recipes that are appropriate for those on a Candida diet (such as GAPS, Specific Carbohydrate diet or the Body Ecology diet).
