2 tablespoon chopped walnuts or almonds (optional)
Instructions
Combine the water and the chia seeds in a small bowl and allow to stand about 5 minutes or until they form a gel. Stir the seeds and water after about 5 minutes.
Place the seed mixture and all of the remaining ingredients (except the nuts and stevia) in the bowl of a food processor and run for about 1 minute until well blended.
Add a few drops of stevia, if desired and stir again.
If desired, top with chopped nuts before serving.[br]
